James was a four year starter at Charlotte High School. She made First Team All Area as a sophomore, junior, and senior. The Southwest Florida Association of Basketball Coaches named her 5A Senior Player of the Year. She was also nominated for the Southwest Florida Player of the Year.

She earned several awards including All-Area Honorable Mention, All-Area First Team, All-League First Team, and All-State Honorable Mention. She maintained a 3.94 GPA and was on the Principal's Honor Roll for three years. Arndt also played on two summer league teams for four years.

Deighton is the only returning player from last year's team. She is one of four sophomores on this year's team. Last year she averaged 14 minutes per game, 3.1 points per game and 3 rebounds.

Averaged 15 points, 4 assists, and 6 rebounds for Macksville High School. A four-year starter and letter for the Mustangs. Shot 45% from the field, 62% from the free-throw line, and 36% from behind the arc. Help lead Macksville to two 2nd place Regional finishes in 1998 and 2001. Played for HOA and Twin Lakes during the summer. Lettered in volleyball for 3 years and track 4 years. Member of the Honor Roll all 4 years. Graduated with a 3.9 GPA.
