	#1 - Steve Elson 6-0 — Freshman INF Wichita,Kan. High School/Club Elson was a 3 year starter for Wichita Northwest High School. During his senior season he hit .420 with 18 RBI and a .987 fielding percentage. Helped summer team, the Wichita Sluggers, win the 18-year-old NBC World Series. 	#3 - Travis Oosthoek 6-0 — Sophomore INF Colorado Springs, Colo. Freshman Season at Barton Started 33 games for the cougars last spring. He hit .305 with 17 RBI and 1 home run. High School/Club A three-year letterman and two-year starter for Rampart High School. Hit .586 with 4 home runs and 42 RBI's. Maintained a .989 fielding percentage and stole 9-of-10 bases. 	#6 - Glenn Jackson 5-8 — Sophomore OF Toronto, Canada Freshman Season at Barton Started in 58 games for Barton in 2002. Hit .413 with 59 RBI and 5 HR. High School/Club A five-year starter and letterman for Northern Secondary School in Toronto. Batted .492 with 5 home runs and 24 RBI's. Was perfect in stolen bases going 35-for-35 and fielded a 1.000 in the field. Help lead Northern to four-straight TSSAA league titles. Played in the Ontario Finals at the Skydome. Participated in track and field winning the Ontario 4x100 relay. 	#7 - Mark Newton 5-11 — Freshman C/INF Manhattan,Kan. High School/Club Newton was a 3 year letterman at Manhattan High. He hit .390 with 29 RBI his senior season. In his junior year he batted .445 with 11 RBI while helping the team to a I-70 League championship. Played summer ball for the Topeka Stars. Batted .365 with 1HR. 	#8 - Anothony Flores 6-0 — Freshman OF/P Lincoln, Neb. High School/Club Flores was a 2-year letterman for Lincoln Southeast High School. His senior season he hit .360 with 30 RBI. Had a 5-0 record with a 2.10 ERA. Batted .453 and had 22 RBI as a junior. Also had a 3-0 record with a 2.17 ERA. 	#9 -Patrick Wallis 6-0 — Freshman INF/P Joshua, Texas High School/Club Wallis was a 4-year starter and letterman for Joshua High School. Hit .452 with 28 RBI and 9 homeruns his senior season. 	#10 - Josh Schaub 6-0 — Sophomore OF Ness City,Kan. Freshman Season at Barton Started 24 games for Barton. Hit .289 with 13 RBI's. High School/Club Graduated from Ness City High School where they do not offer baseball. Lettered in track, four years, basketball, three years, and football, three years. Was All-State in basketball. Graduated with a 3.5 GPA and was a three year member of the Honor Roll.

	#12 - Blake Esfeld 6-0 — Freshman OF Great Bend, Kan. High School/Club Esfeld was a two-year letterman for Great Bend High School. He hit .302 and 1 HR his senior season. Hit .312 and an 8-3 record with a 2.69 ERA for the Great Bend Chiefs this summer. Esfeld graduated with a 3.5 GPA. 	#13 - Michael Roberts 6-1 — Freshman INF West Monroe, LA High School/Club Roberts lettered all four years at St. Frederick High School. Batted .405 with 2 HR and 60 RBI, while swiping 10-12 bases his senior year. His junior year, he hit .375 with 50 RBI and 14-15 in the stolen base department. 	#14 - Matt Hein 6-1 — Sophomore P Mount Hope, Kan. High School/Club Was a three-year starter and letterman for the Wildcats. As a senior, hit .390 with two home runs. 	#15 - Charlie Page 6-4 — Sophomore P Albuquerque, New Mexico Freshman Season at Baton Charles had a 5.23 ERA and 0-1 record for Barton during his first season. High School/Club A three-year starter and letterman for El Dorado High School. Went 6-0 with a 2.50 ERA, as a senior. His junior year, his team went undefeated with a record of 24-0. His senior year the teams record was 22-3.Graduated with a 3.5 GPA. 	#16 - T.J. Liles 6-1 — Sophomore INF/C Altus, Okla. Freshman Season at Barton Started 18 games for the cougars. Batted .295 with 10 RBI and 1HR. High School/Club Started and lettered for three years at Altus High School. Hit .493 with 12 home runs and 54 runs driven in. Maintained a .938 fielding percentage, also. Lettered in football for all four years. Graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was on the Superintendent's Honor Roll.
	#17 - Wes Renfro 6-0 — Freshman INF/P McPherson, Kan. High School/Club Renfro played catcher during high school where he was a three year letterman and a three year starter. During his senior year he had 2 home runs and 22 RBI. He hit .421. He played in the KABC All-Star game his senior year. Renfro was a member of the McPherson American Legion where he played for four years. He graduated with a 3.6 and was on the "A" Honor Roll. 	#18 - Andrew Burdine 6-1 — Sophomore P Yukon, Okla. Freshman Season at Barton Burdine was 5-1 with a 4.50 ERA for the Cougars. In 52 innings he also struck out 56 hitters. High School/Club A three-year starter and four-year letterman for Yukon. Went 10-1 with a 0.97 ERA, as a senior. Fanned 83 and only walked 11, a year ago. 	#20 - Acea Warn 6-2 — Sophomore P Edmond, Okla. Freshman Season at Barton Appeared in 8 games for Barton with a 2.25 ERA and 1-0 record. High School/Club At Edmond Santa Fe, hit .275 with 3 home runs. Went 7-5 on the hill with a 3.80 ERA. Was a three-year starter and four-year letterman in baseball and a three-year letterman and two-year starter in football. Was on the "A" and "B" honor roll.
	#21 - Chris Reddout 6-5 — Sophomore P Bartlesville, Oklah. Freshman Season at Barton Was 1-1 in 10 appearances for Barton. Had a 4.96 ERA along with 12 strikeouts. High School/Club Lettered and started for three years at Bartlesville High School. Lettered in Golf and Basketball as well. Graduated with a 3.6 GPA. 	#22 - A.J. Knight 6-0 — Freshman P Wichita,Kan. High School/Club Knight lettered 3 years for Maize High School. He pitched 57 innings with 66 strikeouts and only 12 walks. Helped Maize to a state runner up finish.
	#23 - Matt Hafner 5-7 — Freshman INF Great Bend,Kan. High School/Club Hafner was a 2-year starter for Great Bend High School. Senior year he hit .290 and had 23 RBI, also maintained a .986 fielding percentage. While playing for the Great Bend Chiefs this summer, Hafner posted a .324 average with 32 RBI and was 9-12 in stolen bases. Also lettered in cross-country and basketball. 	#24 - Chris Klick 5-11 — Sophomore P Manhattan, Kan. Freshman Season at Barton Was 1-0 in 10 appearances for the cougars last spring. Also fanned 13 hitters in 13 innings. High School/Club Started one year and lettered in two season at Manhattan High School. Went 10-4 with a 2.07 ERA in 2001. Fanned 95 in 85 innings of work. Was a member of the 2000 Manhattan Junior Legion State Championship team. Graduate with 3.83 GPA and was a member of the Honor Roll all four years.
	#25 - Greg Sutton 6-0 — Sophomore INF Littleton, Colo. Freshman Season at Barton Had a .285 average with 21 RBI's. for Barton last year. High School/Club A two-year starter and three-year letterman at Heritage High School. Hit .400 with 4 home runs as a senior. Also, participated in tennis at Heritage.
	#27 - Derek McDaid 6-4 — Freshman INF/P Toronto, Canada High School/Club McDavid was 11-3 with a 1.81 ERA and had 82 strikeouts for Eastview Secondary School. He also batted .378 with 38 RBI and 5 HR. Was a member of C.E.B.C Team Canada.
	#28 - Adam Searle 6-0 — Freshman P/INF Great Bend, Kan. High School/Club Searle started 3 years for Great Bend High School and received 3 letters.
	#29 - Brendon Bump 6-0 — Freshman P Bellevue, Wa. High School/Club Bump lettered 2 years for Interlake High School. This summer had a 9-0 record with a 1.86 ERA. Miscellaneous High School Honors Kingco Honorable Mention
	#30 - Brian Knipplemeyer 6-3 — Freshman P/INF Lincoln, Neb. High School/Club Knippelmeyer, a two year starter at Lincoln Southeast High School, hit .461 and 25 RBI as a senior. Had a 4-3 record with an ERA of 4.34 and 44 strikeouts. As a junior hit .360 with 21 RBI and had a 1-0 record. During the summer, Knippelmeyer hit .330 and had 28 RBI. Finished with a 6-1 record with 47 strikeouts. 	#31 - Ryan Schwamborn 6-0 — Freshman P Great Bend, Kan. High School/Club Schwamborn was a two year letterman for Great Bend High School. He also helped the team to the WAC championship and Regional championship. Championships WAC Championship Regional Championship
	#32 - Ryan Wagner 6-1— Freshman P Lowry City, Mo. High School/Club Wagner was a 4-year starter and letterman for Lakeland RIII. He posted a 9-1 record with 9 strikeouts and an ERA of 2.01 his senior season. Also lettered in basketball. Had a 3.7 GPA and was on the honor roll all four years.
